I've spent my whole career in the world of finance and business, surrounded by numbers, strategies, and models. But what always struck me were the stories behind them, stories of people, their ambitions, their resilience, their transformations.

My background showed me time and again: success is intrinsically linked to the human element. Life then took a few turns, leading me to a deeper understanding of my own path, which ultimately led me to coaching and the transformative work at Artop, Humboldt University.
